EAR is experienced in preparing plans and obtaining permits as well as performing site assessments, field monitoring, remediation, and data compilation and analysis.

Engineers and Field Technicians

EAR’s engineers are available to manage projects, perform field sampling, prepare and review technical documents, and coordinate and procure subcontractors. They work closely with our field technicians, who are trained to perform groundwater sampling (including micro purge/low flow sampling), soil vapor and soil sampling. EAR has the experience and staff to provide sampling services and coordination.

Technical Editing Services

EAR offers technical editing services for reports and documents. Our technical editing staff can provide technical editing services for environmental reports and documents onsite or through electronic correspondence.

Types of Services

In order to provide complete service to our clients, EAR employs professionals with a broad range of experience to address many types of engineering needs. We are ready and able to assist you with your civil, architectural, or environmental challenges. We also perform lead, asbestos, and mold inspection and testing, as well as removal.

Civil and Architectural Engineering:
EAR can assist you with your civil and architectural needs, including:

- Design of new or improvements to existing gas stations, fueling facilities, canopies, or
  other commercial properties
- Design for tenant improvement at residential properties
- Design of security fencing and systems

Environmental Assessment and Remediation:
EAR has a very active environmental group with expertise in all sizes and types of projects. We regularly perform site assessment and remediation at gas stations, military bases, and a variety of other locations.

- Soil and groundwater remediation feasibility studies
- Property assessment and environmental audits (Phase I)
- Site assessments (Phase II)
- Remediation systems design and construction supervision (Phase III)
- Post remediation monitoring and reporting (Phase IV)
- Environmental permitting (Title V, NPDES, RCRA facilities etc.) and facility

Asbestos, Lead and Mold inspections/sampling
EAR will plan and execute all aspects of asbestos, lead, and mold sampling and removal. Our environmental group conducts initial investigations, develops risk analysis assessments based on investigation findings, and designs abatement programs to satisfy client and regulatory requirements. Our support services group will then execute the abatement program.
